Hull Engineer
• StructuralFabrication, Ship Building & Erection
• involved in Monitoring of Pipingand structural fabrication, erection works.
• Hull fabricationand erection, out fittings Fabrication.
• production Planning, process and control.
• lofting for Hull
• Block Fabrication and Erection
• Oversee all fabrication, erection & outfitting activities during the construction of the vessel.
• Monitoring and reporting of block fit up inspection and production progress.
• Verification of construction milestones and overall project schedule tracking.
• Inspecting the alignment for engine girder, main generator seating, rudder assembly, propulsion shaft, anchor pocket, bow thruster, anchor windlass seating etc.
• Performing keel sighting, draft marks, load line marks and principal dimensional check/survey for the vessel.
• Performing load line survey.
• Preparing bill of materials for all the outfit items.
• Preparing and issuing work orders to the subcontractors and outfit suppliers.
• handle production and documentation work in shipbuilding, ship repair and ship conversion industry
• Working of system pipingand structural outfitting jobs onboard
• Pipe outfitting works
• Fabrication of hull blocks and their grand assemblies
• Production Dry survey, Weld checking, A.P.T.
