Our Client, an international oil & gas company located in Indonesia is seeking people to fill in position with following experiences and skills :

1)Inlet Process Facility Engineer

Education:
Technical College Degree in engineering
Experience:
·Shall hold a recognized relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
·Have at least 15 years of oil and gas engineering experience and 8 years in offshore engineering experience.
·Be competent to design process configuration and optimization at offshore inlet facility
·Be competent to calculate depressurizing for blowdown valve sizing
·Be competent of three phase separator sizing
·Be competent of equipment sizing such as separator, control and choke valves, etc
·Be competent of relief valve sizing and selection, and its inlet and outlet lines
·Be competent of radiation and dispersion simulations performed using Flaresim
·Be competent of preparation of design basis and philosophy documents such as safeguarding, shutdown, relief & blowdown, isolation & maintenance at offshore gas inlet facility
·Be familiar with relevant international standards and codes

In addition, the incumbent shall have a sound appreciation and knowledge of
·HSE aspects of oil and gas design.
·Safety aspects of design in relation to the project cycle e.g. HAZOP, HAZID and Risk Analysis technique.
·Experienced in working in the multinational organizations

Experienced in working in International Oil Companies

Basic Job Requirements:
·Review all necessary Pre-FEED documents and studies available at the Company related to inlet facilities
·Develop operating philosophy of inlet facility
·Define inlet facility’s roles and responsibilities
·Design inlet facility configurations
·Size inlet facility equipments
·Evaluate the operability of inlet facilities
·Prepare a list of inlet facility related design requirements to be included in FEED documents.
·Status reporting
·Responsible to Head of Production Operations for delivery of the recommended design and its related documentation.
·Will stay in Company’s Jakarta office until he completes design recommendation.

·Ability to mentor and develop less senior personnel especially Indonesian nationals


2)Hydrate Management Engineer

Education:
Technical College Degree in engineering

Experience:
·Shall hold a recognized relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
·Have at least 15 years of oil and gas engineering experience and 8 years in offshore gas production operations
·Be competent of actual offshore gas production operations in terms of hydrate managements
·Be competent of actual offshore pipeline depressurization/blowdown operations as one of the hydrate managements
·Be competent to write up procedures of offshore pipeline depressurization/blowdown operations for hydrate managements
·Be competent of actual offshore operations regarding continuous injection of thermodynamic hydrate inhibitors such as MEG
·Be competent of preparation of design basis and philosophy documents for hydrate managements
·Be competent of actual offshore operations in liquid handling managements such as slugs
·Be competent of preparation of design basis and philosophy documents for slug handling managements

In addition, the incumbent shall have a sound appreciation and knowledge of
·HSE aspects of oil and gas design.
·Safety aspects of design in relation to the project cycle e.g. HAZOP, HAZID and Risk Analysis technique.
·Experienced in working in the multinational organizations
·Experienced in working in International Oil Companies

·Develop the hydrate management strategy

·Responsible to Head of Production Operations for delivery of the recommended design and its related documentation.
·Will stay in Company’s Jakarta office until he completes design recommendation.

3)Pipeline Engineer

Education:
Technical College Degree in engineering

Experience:
·Shall hold a recognized mechanical/structural degree or equivalent qualification.
·Have at least 15 years of oil and gas engineering experience and 8 years in offshore pipeline engineering experience.
·Be competent to design, specify and select pipeline system which meets the required standards, specifications and codes.
·Be competent to perform pipeline engineering related to route selection, wall thickness, stress analysis, expansion analysis, CP, stability, freespan analysis and produce maintenance reference plans.
·Be competent of performing engineering for modification of pipelines to suit routine and intelligent pigging.
·Be competent to write up pipeline installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance philosophy and procedures.
·Be competent to perform assessments on free spans, riser stresses and defects due to anchor, corrosion and other anomalies.
·Be familiar with relevant international standards and codes of practice normally used by the Pipeline Engineering in the Oil and Gas industry such as DnV, ISO, API, ANSI, ASME, BS and etc.

In addition, the incumbent shall have a sound appreciation and knowledge of:
·Material selection for different process and environmental conditions.
·Steel catenary risers and flexible risers
·Experienced in working in the multinational organizations
·Experienced in working in International Oil Companies

Basic Job Requirements:
·Review all necessary Pre-FEED documents and studies available at the Company related to subsea pipelines
·Evaluate insulation limitations related to hydrate managements
·Asses on-bottom stability related to hydrodynamic changes during operations
·Asses installation limitations related to pipe and insulation specifications
·Development pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures
·Prepare a list of subsea pipeline related design requirements to be included in FEED documents.
·Status reporting
·Responsible to Head of Production Operations for delivery of the recommended design and its related documentation.
·Will stay in Company’s Jakarta office until he completes design recommendation.

4)Subsea Commissioning Engineer

Education:
Technical College Degree in engineering

Experience:
·Have a minimum of 15 years upstream oil & gas experience.
·Have at least 10 years experience commissioning subsea equipment.
·Have experience preparing subsea commissioning procedures.
·Have a thorough understanding of subsea system components and layouts.
·Have a good working knowledge of applicable API and industry standards.
·Is able to prepare general philosophy-type documents.
·Experienced in working in the multinational organizations
·Experienced in working in International Oil Companies

Basic Job Requirements:
·Review all necessary Pre-FEED documents and studies available at the Company related to development of the subsea facilities.
·Prepare the Subsea Commissioning Philosophy for the subsea facilities. The philosophy to include but not be limited to commissioning of:
o Flowlines, risers, and PLETs.
o Subsea manifolds and jumpers including well jumpers and flowline jumpers.
o Subsea umbilicals (hydraulic/chemical tubes and electrical cores).
o Subsea trees including all down-hole gauges and tree mounted sensors.
o Subsea control system including:
­Subsea Control Modules (SCM)
­Master Control Station (MCS)
­Topsides-to-subsea power and communications systems
­Topsides hydraulic power Unit (HPU).
o Subsea Isolation Valves (SSIVs)
o Emergency Shut-down System (ESD).
o Chemical/MEG injection system from topside equipment to umbilical interface.
·Prepare a list of commissioning related design requirements to be included in FEED documents.
·In consultation with the Subsea Operations Engineer, prepare an outline of the process for hand-over from Commissioning to Operations.
·Interface with the HSE Department to ensure commissioning activities will adhere to Project HSE requirements.
·Recommend resources required to complete commissioning activities.
·Determine logistics base support requirements for subsea commissioning activities.

5)Subsea Operations Engineer

Education:
Technical College Degree in engineering

Experience:
·Have a minimum of 15 years upstream oil & gas experience preferably with an operator.
·Have at least 10 years subsea operations experience.
·Have worked offshore on a production facility operating subsea wells.
·Have a thorough working knowledge of the procedures used to operate a subsea facility.
·Have a thorough understanding of subsea system components and layouts.
·Have a good working knowledge of applicable API and industry standards.
·Is able to prepare general philosophy-type documents.
·Experienced in working in the multinational organizations
·Experienced in working in International Oil Companies

Basic Job Requirements:
·Review all necessary Pre-FEED documents and studies available at the Company related to development of the subsea facilities.
·Prepare the Subsea Operations Philosophy for the subsea facilities. The philosophy to include, but not be limited to:
o Well Operations
o Flowline Operations
o Flaring
o Blow-down
o Subsea Metering
o Chemical Injection
o Well Testing
o Flow Assurance
o Interfacing the Subsea Master Control System (MCS) with the topsides Process Control System.
o Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) requirements.
o Data Collection – pressure, temperature, etc.
o Reporting
o Emergency shut-down (ESD).
o System testing requirements – SCSSVs, ESD, etc.
·Prepare a list of subsea operating requirements to be included in FEED documents.
·Assist the Subsea Commissioning Engineer prepare a process for hand-over from Commissioning to Operations.
·Prepare a description of the training required for the Subsea Operators on board the FLNG.
