SENIOR RESERVOIR ENGINEER-SHALE PLAYS

A Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline is required with a minimum of 5 years experience in Petroleum Engineering. Prior "tight rock", CBM and/or shale reservoir engineering experience will be beneficial. Strong analytical skills are required particularly in terms of proficiency with early-time well performance evaluation methods/software. An understanding of reservoirsimulation and any prior application thereof would be a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Exceland Outlookas well as ARIES economic softwareis essential. Excellent interpersonal skills are critical to ensure an effective working relationship within and across a multi-disciplined team environment. This position will require occasional travel to South Texas to conduct well flowback testing and diagnostics. These requirements reflect the minimum requirements for the lower level position. The level at which a candidate is hired into is dependent upon the skill level and previous related experience of that candidate and the minimum qualifications for such level that they are hired.
