Our client is the largest petrochemical company in Indonesia. Due to their aggressive growth they are urgently looking for Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and co-ordinate Maintenance works for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation related to rotating and static equipment (preventive, predictive and corrective), in addition to the planning and implementing of the Turn Around.
Requirements:
* Minimum 15 years (Reliability, Maintenance, Operation, Start-up/shutdown etc) of Refinery and Petrochemical plant or Oil and gas
* B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
* Strong leadership skills
* Speaking English fluently
* Willing to be base in Cilegon - Jakarta
* Follow up and implements plant HSE procedure within daily activities. Attend weekly HSE meeting
* The candidate with ability not only in terms of planning and strategy but also someone with a personality as executor
