Job - Geophysicist Oil & Gas !

Progressive is seeking a Data Processing Geophysicist to join an international organization that provides multi client Geoscience data and services to oil and gas companies around the globe. The company specializes in the planning, acquisition, processing, interpretation, and marketing of non exclusive surveys world wide. The position requires someone with extensive seismic experience to provide 2D data processing to a wide range of projects across the Asia – Pacific region with a strong focus on the growing Australian market.

We are looking at 3 to 10 years level experience in time processing to play an integral role to assist in framing, overseeing and working on local & international projects. Candidates will need to have a strong grasp of relevant geophysical and geological principals (2D & 3D / Land & Marine). Depth imaging desired. The ability to use initiative in executing own work tasks & also contribute in a team oriented environment. Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
