A leading global specialist supplier of equipment and modular buildings for the Oil and Gas industry is seeking a Regional Manager for Europe to lead the Sales and Marketing for the region to be based out of their Aberdeen office.
The purpose of the role is to establish and develop a sales presence for the business across 4 regions, UK, Europe, Africa and the Caspian. Responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement a Business Plan in conjunction with the Business Development Manager to grow the business
- Forecast staffing needs and look after recruitment
- Achieve annual revenue and growth plans
- Understand market opportunities and develop relationships with key accounts
- Work to develop the company in new markets globally
The ideal candidate will have around 10 + years experience in the sales and hire of offshore equipment in an international capacity. You will have a proven track record of sales management, and will be experienced in setting and managing targets for a team. You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
There is an excellent salary in offer including a strong basic and very competitive package.
