Cost Estimator (Oil & Gas – Offshore)

Cost Estimator (Oil & Gas – Offshore)
Responsibilities:
* Expedite and coordinate with various functional representatives for compilation of cost estimates
* Extract and compile information on time, cost materials and labour estimation
* Develop quotations at competitive terms to meet customers’ requirements and deadlines
Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* Min 3 years of relevant experience in offshore
* Experience in handling tender, RFQ inquiry & order analysis
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Only Singaporean and Singaporean PR welcome to apply
