EnviroSolutions & Consulting (ESC) is a Singapore-based Private Limited environmental consultancy with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong, together with expertise/resources across Asia. Formed in March 2003 the consultants that make up the company collectively bring many years of experience to the work we undertake for our clients.

Senior OSH Consultant
Responsibilities:
* Experienced OSH Consultant sought
* 5 – 10 years international experience required within consultancy, if possible
* Otherwise, a broad range of expertise should be demonstrated in a variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Manufacturing and Fine Chemicals
* Knowledge of international best practices in conventional OSH will be expected
* OSH culture development and implementation would be an advantage
* Safety Management Systems knowledge required
* Detailed awareness of risk assessment work will be a necessity, including formulation of job safety analyses, method statement vetting and development of safety manuals for the management of contractors
* Awareness of various Permit-to-Work systems, including Singapore best practice
* Excellent working knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation
* Registration with regulatory bodies an advantage
* Demonstrable auditing and inspection experience
* Strong leadership qualities will be required, including demonstrable interactions with contractor companies
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years relevant experience – as a consultant or within Chemical/Oil & Gas Industry
* Detailed knowledge of Singapore WSH Regulations
* Excellent reporting & communication skills
* Strong analytical, planning & project management , and interpersonal skills required
* Tertiary qualifications (BSc Chemical Engineering, an advantage)
* Approved Safety Officer status an advantage
