COMPANY NAME: SAUDI ARAMCO TOTAL Refining and Petrochemical Company
SATORP is a joint venture between SAUDI ARAMCO of Saudi Arabia and TOTAL of France; established in 2008. The company is building a 400,000 BPD oil refining and petrochemical complex in Jubail at the eastern coastline of Saudi Arabia; and it is scheduled for completion and start-up in 2013.
SATORP is seeking high caliber individuals looking for challenging and rewarding careers, during both the construction and the operation phases, to fill the following vacancies:
1. Operation Shift Supervisor
Technical Diploma, Minimum 12 years of experience in refinery and with 5 years experience in supervisory capacity. Experience at least in one of the following refinery units: CDU/VDU/HDS/CCR/BEU/PX/SRU/HPU/DHC/MHC/FCC/ALKY/Coker/Utility

2. Operation Boardman
Diploma in Engineering, 8 years operating experience with 3 years as a boardman in controlling petroleum-refinery operations. Experience at least in one of the following refinery units: CDU/VDU/HDS/CCR/BEU/PX/SRU/HPU/DHC/MHC/FCC/ALKY/ Coker/Utility

3. Operation Field Leader Operator
Diploma in Engineering, 8 years of operating experience with 3 years as a Field Leader Operator in refinery operations. Experience at least in one of the following refinery units: CDU/VDU/HDS/CCR/BEU/PX/SRU/HPU/DHC/MHC/FCC/ALKY/ Coker/Utility

4. Maintenance coordinator
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, 8 years of experience in operations within the Oil and Gas industry, of which at least 4 years as shift supervisor in similar industry.

5. Maintenance Logistic Superintendent
BS - Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 15 years of experience in industrial, hydrocarbon or preferably refinery facilities, handling maintenance functions.

6. Routine Maintenance Superintendent:
BS – Mechanical or Electrical Engineering equivalent, 15 years of experience in Refinery Maintenance operations, of which 6 years in a managerial position.

7. Senior Mechanical Engineer:
Mechanical Engineer with 10 years of professional experience in at least one of the following: Oil fired heaters, waste heat boilers/Valves/Piping (design/stress)/Flares/Steam Boilers.

8. Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical/Electrical/Welding/Civil)
Diploma degree in respective disciplines with 8 years of experience in Refinery/petrochemical plants, of which 3 years in a supervisory position.

9. Maintenance Leader (Electrical/Rotating Equipment/Warehouse/ Workshop/Central Planning)
BS – Engineering or equivalent in respective disciplines with 8 years of experience in Refinery/petrochemical plants, of which 3 years in a supervisory position

10. Contract Administrator
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, 6 years of experience in Refinery Maintenance Contracts Administration, of which at least 2 years in a similar position. Experience in quality control, quality assurance procedures, refinery maintenance and equipment repairs.

11. Cost Engineer:
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, 8 years of experience in Refinery Maintenance Contracts Administration, of which at least 2 years in a similar position.

12. Budgeting and Planning Analyst
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent, 8 years of relevant accounting experience, of which at least 4 years in a similar position

13. Warehouse Technician
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 6 years of experience in Refinery Warehouse Administration, of which at least 2 years in a similar position. Experience in operating procedures for warehouse vehicles, equipment, materials handling and storing procedures.

14. Cataloging Engineer
BS – Engineering or equivalent, 6 years of experience in Refinery Warehouse cataloging, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Procurement Processes of which 2 years in a similar position.

15. ISBL Shift Supervisor
Diploma in Engineering, 8 years of Refining experience, of which a minimum of 4 years served as a Boardman, experience in oil and products movement management (Tank Farm Operation), panel control, ship loading/unloading and harbor activities.

16. ISBL/OSBL Field Operator
Diploma in engineering or equivalent, 4 years experience in refinery- tank farm/blending process and port/ship loading operations.

17. ISBL Boardman
Diploma in engineering or equivalent, 8 years experience in refinery- tank farm/blending process and port/ship loading operations with 3 years as a Boardman.

18. Mechanical Inspectors
BS – Engineering/Diploma in technical engineering/API Certificates/National Board certificate. 5 years inspection experience (Maintenance or Operation Inspector) including welding and corrosion in petrochemical/oil industry environment. Has knowledge in American Society Of mechanical Engineer (ASME) Section VIII Pressure vessel, American Petroleum Institute (API), American National Society Institute (ANSI) B-31.1 & 31.3 codes and standards and NDT techniques.

19. WELDING INSPECTOR
BS – Engineering, certified Senior Welding Inspector in accordance with AWS. 10 years experience in process equipment inspection including welding in a petrochemical, refinery, or similar process industry.

20. NDT (Level III) Technician:
BS – Engineering, certified as NDT Level III at least in four methods in accordance with ASNT. 5 years experience in inspection providing oversight of the RT, PT,MT, UT and VT inspection processes. Be capable of determining accept/reject decision on NDT inspection and ensure adequate technique development for NDT methods and inspection quotes

21. ISBL/OSBL Maintenance Assistant
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, 6 years of experience in refinery or petrochemical maintenance of which 3 years as a Maintenance Coordinator.

22. Real Time Performance Control Technician
Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent, 5 years of experience in refinery real time performance control management and oil accounting.

23. Marine Surveyor
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 8 years of experience in maritime transportation and storing petroleum products.

24. Scheduling Engineer
BS – Engineering, 6 years of experience in Refinery Scheduling, Operations, Process Engineering or Laboratory in a Refinery setting.
