Proposal Engineer
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Review and interpret technical specifications and customers' requirements.
* Prepare scope of work.
* Prepare system sizing based on the solution provided by TSC.
* Manage and request for resale items to SCM and liaise with SCM for accurate and timely quotations.
* Coordinates activities with Contracts Manager to ensure a full Risk Review analysis is completed for each proposal prior to submission.
* Prepare CQA form for each proposal and get it validated and then route for approval.
* Organize, lead and coordinate with other proposal team members during the bid preparation process.
* Render support to Sales and provide follow-up on commercial and technical clarifications.
* Undertake dept projects to improve in work productivity & efficiency
Requirements:
* Education: Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Control & Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering.
* Experience: 2~5 years of related working experience in industrial process controls, SCADA, or PLC systems.
* Specific Knowledge / Skills: Good knowledge in process automation and effective user of MS Office, Project Scheduler, Visio. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Able to work in a team under very stressful environment during bid preparation period.
