HR & GA MANAGER
• Responsible for all HR functions including implementation of policies and procedures, industrial relation, performance management, compensation & benefits.
• Monitor manpower utilization under the approved RPTK and source national staff in support of the cost efficient provision of services. Work with Management to establish future manpower requirements. Maintain close working relationships with BPMIGAS, MIGAS, Ministry of Manpower, and formalities vendor.
• Manage expatriate formalities vendor to ensure all expatriate immigration requirements are met on a timely basis, including work permit applications and extensions, and all related paperwork.
• Monitor and analyze performance reviews and results and make recommendations on how they align with job objectives and how the results align to overall company performance.
• Coordinating training & development, industrial relations, compensation & benefits, developing organization design (Strategy, Structure, Culture, People and Technology) align with company vision and mission.
• Create and implement all company policies, benefit and compensation policies & procedures, employee relations & communication and recommend changes and revisions as required in accordance with corporate strategies.
• Develops and implements Human Resource Management policies and procedures and ensures that the Company s HR policies, procedures, and terms of employment are current and relevant.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
• Maintain strong external relationships with BPMIGAS, MIGAS, Ministry of Manpower, IPA, IICS, etc. Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years experience managing an HR function, preferably with an international energy company. Experience in the exploration phase is preferred.
• Multinational company background is preferred.
• Has good relationship with the Indonesia Government Regulatory Agencies.
• Bachelor s Degree.
• Outstanding English language skills, both spoken and written.
