JOB REQUIREMENTS
Self starter, results driven and can anticipate and/or initiate, and implement solutions
Must be proactive
Manufacturing safety knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Able to understand manufacturing processes and identify hazards involved
Timely and effective communications with all levels of the organization
Exp in offshore supply vessel
Exp with logistics
5-10 years industry experience
BS in Engineering field
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform risk assessments for the manufacturing departments
Perform risk assessments on current work practices and processes
Develop, write, and implement HSE plans and procedures
Responsible for developing, coordinating and performing safety training for manufacturing personnel and supervision
Evaluate all safety needs required for accident free operation including plans for future manufacturing growth
Coordinate with maintenance to correct, modify, or improve any unsafe equipment or processes
May assist as Shift Leader in the absence of a Shift Supervisor
Provide project input concerning processes and personnel safety requirements included in generally accepted engineering standards such as OSHA, NFPA, ASME, and API reducing the business need to hire third parties
Perform other related duties as necessary
