I’ll explain to you what the procedure will be.
Here in the Netherlands it is hard to find some disciplines, especially technical disciplines.
Because of the European Community’s protection airy laws, it is not allowed for European Companies to employ people from outside the E.C.
Now a special program has been founded. The Program Skilled Migrants.
Within this programm it is allowed for European Companies to recruit people from outside the E.C. if the Company can prove that they have searched for this candidate more than 3 months and have not found the right candidate yet.
If you are qualified and willing to work in the Netherlands, please send your CV to us and we can discuss the details about this program.
If you are not qualified and you know someone who is qualified and willing to work in the Netherlands, if the person you proposed will be approved by bour client, you will be rewarded with $ 200,00.
One of the conditions will be, that you or your candidate will be working in the Netherlands or for this Dutch client for minimally one year.
If yes, this is what we are going to do after receiving and approving your or your candidates’ CV.
- First we’ll have an interview with you or your candidate to determine the ability to speak English and to discuss your qualifications;
- We are going to propose the concerning CV to our client.
- If we get the request from the client to definitely propose you, we can offer you a specific assignment with all the details.
- If you agree, we want to know your term of availability (As soon as there is a specific assignment, how soon can you leave Indonesia (your present job)?
- The whole procedure of Visa and request of working permit, will be preformed by us.
