Leading international oil and gas operator is currently seeking the expertise of an experienced Contracts and Procurement Specialist to be based at their Darwin location.
This role will be responsible for the preparation and processing of contracts for goods and services from a variety of internal sources for their operations center.
The successful candidate will possess:
o A proven track record of Contracts & Procurement delivery
o Over 10 years experience working in a heavy industry environment with oil and gas experience desirable
o Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and influencing skills
o Complete understanding of Contracts & Procurement tools, techniques, systems and market developments
o Computer literacy including previous SAP experience
o Excellent business acumen with previous management exposure
o A willingness to deliver superior service to internal and external customers.
o Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable
