A major LNG Operating company in Qatar is currently looking for Senior Contract Administrators and Lead Contract Administrators to work within the organization on a full family status permanent basis.
As a Senior or a Lead Contract Administrators, you are required to supervision and performance management. Provide guidance and supervision to direct reports within own business area, ensuring alignment to strategies, plans and budgets and provision of a professional service to internal and external customers at all times. You are also responsible for implementation of the following key areas: Supply Standards Supply Chain Management Commercial Awareness Project Management Quality Systems Continuous Process Improvement Risk Management (General) Contract Management Systems Utilization & Management Tendering (Supply) Purchasing Management Materials Management Warehouse Management Logistics Management Risk Management (Contracts) Tendering (Contracts).
Interested candidates MUST have the following experience and qualifications:-
- Third level qualification in the respective area of specialization, from an accredited institution.
- Fluent in English language (demonstrated oral, verbal and written skills).
- 8-10 years experience in the following - Supply Standards Supply Chain Management, Commercial Awareness, Project Management, Quality Systems, Continuous Process Improvement, Risk Management (General)
- Contract Management Systems Utilization & Management Tendering (Supply), Purchasing Management, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics Management, Risk Management (Contracts), Tendering (Contracts),
- Plus similar supervisory role within a corporate environment. Supervisory experience is essential as is the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and with outside customers and suppliers.
- Ability and sensitivity to work with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.
- Computer literate, SAP knowledge and experience an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience within the Energy and Industry sector or Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
