My Client is a major Shipping firm looking for a Manager for a Installation, HUC and start up for their offshore division.
This position is based in KL Malaysia and the candidate will be responsible for:
• Strategies, develop and manage Offshore Floating Project's Installation, hook up and commissioning work.
• Manage and ensure the project execution are completed on time, within the budget and comply to all statutory requirement and standards.
• Review and manage offshore installation contractors' activities.
• Review offshore installation, hook-up, commissioning and start-up risks.
• Develop and review manuals and quality management systems for offshore installation, hook-up, commissioning and start-up.
• Review and manage installation, hook-up and commissioning project post delivery activities
