Summarize briefly the major function and purpose of the position. 1. Reviews and coordinates all QN raised from receipt to completion. 2. Responsible for evaluating root cause for QN and initiating Corrective Action Report (CAR) internally and at suppliers when necessary. 3. Communicating and reporting reoccurring/serious problem areas to product responsible. ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS: What are the minimum qualifications an employee must have in order to perform the duties of the position? (I.e. educational requirements, licenses, certification, work experience, training etc.) 1. Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. 2. 3 to 5 years relevant work experience. 3. Must have knowledge of manufacturing processes, data management, system analysis, 4. American Petroleum Institute (API) requirements and International Standards Organization (ISO) standards. Nondestructive examination techniques (NDE) preferred. 5. Working knowledge of process improvement and problem solving techniques like Lean, Six sigma, 8 disciplines, root cause analysis process etc. 6. Oilfield equipment manufacturing knowledge helpful. 7. Possess good PC skills and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software 8. Demonstrate good negotiation, motivating, planning, and interpersonal and communication skills. 9. Maintain the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast paced environment | |
