Well Testing Engineer - Perth - Contract - Service Company
A leading service company in Perth is currently searching for a Well Test Engineer for a 5 month contract commencing as soon as possible. This Service Company is currently experience a rapid expansion with a number of projects set up for commencement in 2012, creating a very high possibility of contract extension.
The required skills for this role include a minimum of 10 years of experience, an ability to pre-plan the well test program and all of the engineering aspects which are associated with this. A broad range of experience including high rate gas well testing, production cleanups and deepwater projects would be beneficial but is not essential.
Requirements:
- 10 years as a well test engineer in the oil and gas industry
- Global experience
- Committed and goal driven attitude with a willingness to apply yourself to given tasks regardless of experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in a team, liaising with both internal and external parties
- Capacity to take on new information
- Ability to operate effectively in a culturally diverse team
- working knowledge of Pipeflow and flowsim software packages
