Corporate HSE Manager: MUST HAVE E&P (Offshore) HSE Drilling Experience
*MUST BE LOCATED INT THE UNITED STATES OR HAVE U.S RESIDENCY*
1.Reports to VP of Drilling
2.Primary office location will be Houston-20% travel
3.Assists in continued development of the procedures, plans and guidelines to implement the HSSE Management System
4.Ensures that HSSE Management System documentation is reviewed and maintained appropriately
5.Assists in continued development of the Emergency Management Program to include planning and executing drills and exercises, maintaining appropriate documentation and supporting information, developing specific procedures as required and ensuring appropriate internal and external resources are available as needed to support operations offshore (GOM).
6.Assist in developing and managing the HSSE Annual work plan, budget and manpower plan
7.Minimum of 10 years experience in Exploration and Production industry
8.Excellent communication skills
9.Proven experience in working wide variety of disciplines and senior management
10.High level of competency in Microsoft Word office suite of programs
