Piping Design Lead
Twenty years of work related experience required. Field experience is preferred. As a piping design lead, you will be responsible for the following:
-Work independently with little or no supervision
-Prepare and check complex piping design drawings
-Become proficient in 2D and 3D Cadworx plant capabilities, as required
-Perform squad check of vendor equipment drawings and drawings from other disciplines
-Prepare piping layouts and conceptual designs for difficult and complex problems
-Scheduling, progress reporting and manloading
-Evaluate performance appraisal input and administer counseling
-Travel, as required, to ensure the successful execution of project and/or piping department goals
-Participate in piping department training programs/seminars and on-line training
-Assist the piping design supervisor, as required
