REPAIR CENTER MANAGER ( RC MANAGER )
Position Overview / Summary
Position objective : Manage and execute Repair Center Operation in daily basis to meet company standard, Quality and Safety .
Qualifications
Required
·10+ years rotating equipment repair experience
·Bachelor's degree in Engineering . Should possess excellent interpersonal skill and strong communication abilities, both oral and written with internal and external Client/Customers . Fluency in English and local language is essential
·Computer knowledge


FIELD SERVICE MANAGER ( FSR MANAGER )
The Field Service Manager is responsible for the day to day operations and business development of Field Services business within Indonesia Branch. Main responsibilities are listed below:
  • Develop the expertise of the field service organization to support Dresser-Rand installed base in Indonesia. Prepare and implement the annual training plan for the Field Service Team.
  • Drive the field service opportunity pursuit process; assist the Client Facing team as deemed necessary.
  • Proposal development of field service proposals including pricing, and scope of work definition.
  • Audit the Field Service call outs in progress relative to actual time and cost.
 

ACCOUNT MANAGER IGT
Work Location: Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia

The IGT Account Manager is focusing on industrial gas turbine (IGT) and large steam turbines sales (parts, repair, and field service) to assigned Branch / Region accounts. Major responsibilities are:
·Client Relationship Management - Complete ownership of assigned power generation accounts within the region
· Develop Account penetration strategies
· Development and execution of an annual Territory Plan.
· Define/Communicate Client Needs/Market Conditions: Communicate and maintain high visibility of D-R’s IGT initiative / capability to the regional team Management
· Manage the deployment of selling resources within assigned Territory-Tech. Reps, FS, Sales Reps, BDM and Product Centers.
· Opportunity Management Tracking/ Forecasting, Value Selling Process,
· Tools/System Maintenance-DRAve, CIRS,  CSS
· Competitive Awareness-Won/Loss Reporting
· Staying current with industry/market and the technology/ DR solutions that effects clients industry

REQUIREMENTS :
Education/Experience:
· BS/Engineering degree
· 5 years minimum experience with IGT / large steam turbine component and rotor repairs
· Comprehensive technical capability in industrial gas turbine operations, maintenance, and component & rotor repairs
