- Under general supervision, coordinates and oversees Baroid Surface Solutions service line work at the well site, providing quality service to the customer.
- Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions and equipment used, including dispute resolutions to approved levels.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed. Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators.
- Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Plans and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.
- A minimum of diploma three (D3)
- Having minimum 5 years experience in Solid Control Equipment at Oil & Gas Operation with minimum 3 years being involve in Filtration Operation and run variance filtration unit (De Press Unit, VPL)
- Posses knowledge and experienced in Solid Control Equipment (SCE) will be an advantage
- Demonstrate capability in equipment maintenance and technical knowledge of equipment
- Excellent Communication skill & proven leadership
- Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness
- Promotes and takes an active part in the Quality Improvement Process.
