Our project in Central Sulawesi offshore (Senoro) has been operating since February 2011. Construction Superintendent
(Jakarta – Site)
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with contractor in expanding construction plan, ensure an effective communication and understanding of technical needed and specification in accordance with the Engineers.
• Supervise and evaluate work performance, quality and working progress of the contractor to ensure no deviation and to fix it immediately
• Control the contractor works to ensure all construction activity will finished on schedule with required quality and work scope from the engineering design.
 
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• 7 - 10 years experience in related job
• Strong leadership


 
 
C & B and Payroll Analyst
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and analyze the wage structure of the continuous reference to the latest salary survey data to maintain market competitiveness of the wage structure of the company with a market salary.
Perform calculations related to employee salary increase recommendations with respect to internal equity and external competitiveness salary market, to maintain the level of employee satisfaction is measured from the low levels of employee turnover
Analyze and calculate the amount of the compensation package given to the candidate of workers according to their expertise by looking at internal equity and external competitiveness so that the compensation package offered to his fascination with the end result is to get qualified workers.
Analyze, evaluate and take into account relevant budgetary compensation and employee benefits in the current year and the projected one year ahead, to produce a budget that can accommodate the implementation of compensation and benefit programs that are planned.
Perform payroll transactions that consist of salaries, benefits, employees' social security, taxation, pension and other benefit programs as well as conduct a study of all these calculations, so that payments are made accurately and timely.
Perform reporting of tax liabilities, employees' social security, pension and other benefit programs to the relevant agencies in a timely manner and amount to avoid penalties and administrative sanctions.
Provide an explanation of the questions related to employee compensation and benefit issues, so that workers obtain a complete and transparent information on the rights acquired.

 
Requirements:

Contract Engineer
(Jakarta – Site)
Responsibilities:
• Develop and analyze subcontract documentation (interpretation of contract scope and terms and conditions)
• Provide advice and seek counsel on contractual, commercial, taxation, insurance and legal issues
• Coordinate subcontracts development, compilation, sourcing, pre-tenders, invitation to tender, evaluations of proposals received including requests for qualifications
• Post award coordination of Subcontract Variations, including evaluation of Subcontractor claims and defending claims from Subcontractors
• Participate in Subcontract audits, reviewing records for accuracy and conformance to standards.
 
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering any discipline
• Minimum 10 years professional experience, 5 years Project Contracts experience in EPC projects will be an advantage
Certified BP Migas PTK 007 Rev-2 Certification in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in contract formulation activities, systems and processes coupled with working knowledge of engineering, fabrication and construction practices

Mechanical Rotating Engineer
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities :
• Review and comment on mechanical / Piping engineering designs and engineering deliverables of the oil and gas production facilities, includes review and comment on the mechanical design concepts, criteria and specifications, checking mechanical analyses/calculations, and implementing government regulations, industry codes and practices as per EPC Contract requirements; and when request by company to perform any mechanical design activities with reasonably company instructions
• Perform design and independent calculation requested by company mechanical lead engineer
• Perform cost estimation of Mechanical Major Equipments for owner estimate of EPC direct cost
• Provide site engineering assistance as required during construction period and take an active role to ensure acceptance of the facilities in accordance with contract requirement
• Cost Estimation of Mechanical Major Equipments for Owner Estimate of EPC direct cost
 
Requirement :
• Have a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering
• Ten (10) years experienced in the design and construction of oil and gas production facilities
• Well knowledge on the applicable codes and standards
• Have experience work with major EPC Contractor for Oil and Gas
• Have ever been responsible for the mechanical design, analysis and review including two (2) or more projects oil and gas
• Well knowledge on the use and operating of the various computer programs applicable to such mechanical designs
• Capable to ensure that the facilities and mechanical systems are designed, fabricated/manufactured and tested in accordance with their codes and standards :

Knows system-pump curve interaction. Understands slip (rotary) and volumetric efficiency concepts and their variables/effects on performance. Knows liquid viscosity effects. Knows acceleration head phenomenon (reciprocating). Understands pump performance control. Shows competency defining acoustic pulsation, cavitation, vibration issues and their effects. Understands startup torque requirements.
• Is capable of rating and sizing an engine in accordance with the specified load. Understands influence of site conditions on engine performance. Understands basic performance concepts (BMEP, compression ratio, displacement, efficiency, etc). Knows comparison of 2-stroke vs. 4-stroke and naturally aspirated vs. turbo-charged engines. Recognizes emissions issues. Understands auxiliary systems and their functionality.

Mechanical / Piping Field Construction Engineer
(Sulawesi)
Responsibilities:
• Control, review, check, inspect and supervise construction activities, especially in mechanical / piping work;
• Analyzing on lifting of heavy equipment installation.
• Resolves any contractual/legal matters and takes action.
• Analyze exposure to risk and quantify potential for losses
• Interface / mediate between various engineering disciplines and departments
 
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.
• Min. 10 years in construction of oil-gas facilities, involving.: piping fabrication, installation work, welding and its inspection on piping work, mechanical installation work, lifting of heavy equipment installation, etc. Engineering Consultancy or EPC company in Oil & Gas sector).

Drilling/Completion Engineer
(Site)
Responsibilities:
• Making database summary of completed drilling project for comparison data to the next drilling program/plan (Offset Well Data).
• Designing well and details of drilling program for a well construction project (onshore & offshore) including all technical/engineering plan, cost estimation, material purchase plan and drilling equipment (Well Construction Program)
• Preparing cost estimation proposal and technically presented the plan to BPMIGAS to get an approval for executing the project (AFE & WP&B )
• Searching and analyze necessary material & equipment to be applied in the drilling project and estimate risk & cost analyst (Technology Scouting)
• Analyze and plan optimization well design, drilling & completion, and overall budget proposal from the drilling summary result made by Drilling Superintendent.
• Supervise HQ activity, assist Drilling Superintendent to conduct quality control process (QC) during drilling project.
 
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical, and Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 -5 years experience in drilling of oil and gas operation.
Certified in Drilling Engineering / Operation
• Certified well control (IWCF - Surface / subsea stack)
• Certified in T-Bosiet (Sea Survival, HUET, Fire Fighting)

 
 
Civil / Structural Field Engineer
(Jakarta – Site)
Responsibilities:
• Control, review, check, inspect and supervise construction activities, especially in civil / structural and architectural work
• Resolves any contractual/legal matters and takes action
• Analyze exposure to risk and quantify potential for losses
• Interface / mediate between various engineering disciplines and departments
• Select and specify the appropriate processing and rotating equipment, vessels, heat exchangers, relief system, valve and piping systems for the facilities.
• Ensure that the facilities, process, control and mechanical systems are designed, in accordance with their specifications, codes and standards stated in EPC Contract and other facilities Contractors; and when required by COMPANY to perform any engineering activities with reasonable instructions.
• Provide design, analysis and calculations required and requested by COMPANY Lead Engineer – Process.
 
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree Civil Engineering majoring structural, and architectural
• Experience in construction of jetty facilities
• Minimum 16 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position or Min. 10 years in construction of oil-gas facilities, involving.: civil / structural work, i.e.: concrete foundation, piling, general building, steel structure fabrication and installation, sandblasting & painting, etc. Engineering Consultancy or EPC company in Oil & Gas sector

Technical Interface Coordinator
(Site)
Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate project technical interfaces between multiple work packages/contractors, drilling and reservoir engineering to ensure: compliance with schedule, consistent design basis and data set, overall design consistency and integrity.
• To ensure a cost effective integration between different packages/contractors and between surface and subsurface facilities activities.
• Interface responsibility definition.
• Technical integrity of interfaces.
• Effective interface management and control including their relevant activities, facilitating the traceability of agreements and changes, if any.
• To assure technical cooperation in the team and with contractors in order to minimize technical and economical risks.
• Liaising with all technical managers in order to assure the alignment and consistency of technical designs.
• Assuring interface status reports (including progress status and identification of concerns and highlight areas).
• Managing meetings, as necessary, between different contractors in order to reduce technical and economical risks, negotiating the best resolution of interface discrepancy, if any.

Field Construction – Electrical Engineer
