HR Process & System Analyst - Human Resources
Responsibilities:
Serves as a liaison between Human Resources and Information Technology Departments to provide systems support and analysis and to leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of Human Resources. Assists HR team members with technical issues related to the HRIS system by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issues. Maintains familiarity with all computer systems used in the department, utilizing them as needed, evaluating their effectiveness and making recommendations for enhancements. Oversees HR technology projects such as: development of new Human Resources computerized systems and enhancements to current system. Researches new techniques in the development of systems and maintains knowledge of current trends and strategies in technology fields relating to HRIS. Performs a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data. Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures information is available on a timely basis. Conducts data analysis on HR data as directed.

Requirements:
  • SI with minimum GPA 2.75 in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in computer system area and information system
  • design analysis, preferably in Human Resource Information System.
  • Advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel for analysis and presentation of data.
  • Has good knowledge of Database Oracle, Application Oracle HR & Payroll as well as Web
  • Application.
  • Good knowledge of Human Resource Management process.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking.
  • Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
  • Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
  • Able to work with under pressure situation.
  • Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
