In Indonesia, INPEX is acting as Kontraktor Kontrak Kerjasama (KKKS) with BPMIGAS for many upstream projects since 1966. INPEX is the operator of Masela Block (Abadi project) offshore Maluku, Arafura Sea, Indonesia, that is now in the early stage of Abadi field development with floating liquefied natural gas concept for future commercial FLNG production.

Parallel with the activities, INPEX Organization is growing rapidly and currently we need the following positions:

Senior Contracts Superintendent (C/052/PRJ/03/2012)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Project Contract Manager to plan, manage, monitor or control overall project contract administration, including preparation, negotiation, and establishment of contractual agreement of overall project phases (FEED, EPC, Commissioning, Start-Up).
• Provide effective leadership and guidance to direct reports
• Assist with the development of complex contractual documents for major contracts
• implement effective business controls for contracts.
• Manage the execution of Contract and Procurement Plans for Masela project.
• Contribute to negotiate contracts and formulate policies with suppliers.
• Liaise with BPMIGAS regarding PTK 007 Rev 02
• Monitor the overall performance of tenders and contracts

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or business preferred. Will consider others if extensive related experience
• Minimum 12 years in contracts management, with at least 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role with direct reports
• Well developed understanding of terms and conditions of contract
• Deep understand of PTK 007 Rev 02

Senior Contract Engineer (C/051/PRJ/03/2012)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, monitor, and evaluate all activities related to major service contracts by ensuring that service standard/ level/ demand is translated into the contracts in an accurate and timely manner and in compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. Support the Project Contract Manager to plan, manage, monitor or control overall project contract administration, including preparation, negotiation, and establishment of contractual agreement of overall project phases (FEED, EPC, Commissioning, Start-Up).
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of major tenders and post award contract management, including change management
• Support Project Contract Manager in implementing effective business controls for contracts
• Continuously analyze, evaluate, and improve contractual Project Procedures for both the main EPC and other contracts.
• Prepare, negotiate and administer of additional/supplementary contracts as required for the on-going operation and overall project phases (FEED, EPC, Commissioning, Start-Up).
• Represent the Company in meetings and negotiations with Contractors and Vendors as required.
• Represent the Company at BPMIGAS in order to obtain prompt approvals and alignment
• Ensures and monitor the assigned contracts are administered in compliance with contractual terms and conditions

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or business related
• At least 10 years in the contracts business, with over 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry, involved in major technical contracts such as drilling, EPCI, FEED.
• Good understanding of terms and conditions of contract
• Good understand of PTK 007 Rev 02
• Capable of working on own initiative and interfacing with technical personnel and senior management
