PT Sigur Ros Indonesia is a joint venture company between Sigur Ros Sdn. Bhd. and PT Trimulya Gemilang. It is an EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation) company which focus it’s business in offshore pipeline/platform installation and transportation, hook up, saturation/air diving and pre-comissioning work within Oil & Gas Company. We are currently seeking a suitable person to be involved in PHE ONWJ EPCI Contract Offshore Pipeline Replacment Program 2012 as:

PRINCIPLE SCOPE
Develop bid packages, qualify vendors, obtain bids, evaluate responses, develop procurement strategy and coordinate inspection, transportation, customs clearance and receiving and storage of materials.
 
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS
·Prepare Tender Plan and the Evaluation Criteria for bidding exercise
·Prepare the Bid Document for the required services and coordinate, administer the bidding exercise including respond to clarification, issuing addendum, sending reminder etc.
·Activate evaluation team member to evaluate the bid proposals and conduct the bid negotiation to firm up the scope and bid price.
·Prepare management paper (ROA) presenting the bid evaluation result and recommending the bid award.
·Prepare, finalize and execute the Subcontract Document.
·Subcontract post monitoring including but not limited to:
o    Ensure placement of BG
o    Verification of subcontract rates/invoice
o    Subcontract extension or addendum
·Collect best information on all required for project interim of specifications, quantity and when needed.
·Source best specification and price from registered vendor list or Client licensed supplier’s list.
·Sought help from end-user (Operation Dept) for technical evaluation and conformance.
·Prepare and recommendation with proper technical-commercial and evaluation report and seek authority approval.
·Monitor materials/services delivered to site & follow-up on any discrepancies with respective vendors/supplier if necessary.
·Updating and monitoring of approved vendor list.
 
 
QUALIFICATION
·Possess Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
 
EXPERIENCE
·4 years applicable experience in procurement of materials, equipment and subcontracting for offshore oil and gas project.
