| Job Description | 1. Managing Engineering works/Projects related to HVAC,Plumbing,,Water system network, Power management & Mechanical Services
2. Provides support to multi-discipline engineering team in Conceptual Studies, Conceptual / Basic Design / Front End Engineering and Detailed Engineering on HVAC, Plumbing,,Water system network, Power management & Mechanical Services.
3. Prepares and develops scope of work for Engineering Consultants related to Facilities works.
4. Conducts technical and commercial evaluation for selection of engineering consultants.
5. Conducts technical reviews of engineering consultant’s work and ensures compliance with Zadco requirements, specifications, international standards and Engineering norms.
6. Prepares material requisitions for equipment / material.
7. Conducts technical and commercial evaluation of bid for equipment / material selection and makes final recommendation. Participates in clarification meetings with vendors to ensure compliance with technical specification and requirements.
8. Participates in site surveys of facilities to establish and identify the actual requirements
9. Highly skillful in carrying out design calculations as a tool for design checks by utilizing hand and computer software.
10.Provides sound quality and expert solutions to problems presented by business unit or support team and meeting target date.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
10 years experience and above
