We are currently looking for the below personnel with wide experience in installation of surface flow lines and associated works such as supports fabrication and installation of piping and flanges, sleepers installation, Tie-ins work, Hydro testing & pigging, coating and wrapping, NDT testing & Repairs, commissioning of completed project, mobilization, demobilization and transportation of all associated materials and equipments etc. and willing to work in Sultanate of Oman.
 
Project Manager
The candidate should be able to plan for the mentioned project specifying resources required to manage the assigned activities including but not limited to equipments involved in the operation, Consumables, client supplied materials, Labour requirement and associated operating cost etc. He will be responsible for day to day activities. He will be reporting to the General Manager and Client appointed Contract Representative. The candidate must have the following Professional experience:
ØShall have a minimum of 15 years experience on oil & gas operations with 5 years in the GCC.
ØShall have a minimum of 5 years experience in managerial position managing a minimum of 50 people for at least one full year in GCC preferably in Oman.
ØThe project manager preferably be Mechanical engineer.
ØShould have background on basic and detailed engineering, project management, planning and construction activities in particular working on live Oil and Gas installations.
ØShould be able to managing own people, Technical Training and knowledge transfer to Company personnel
ØAble to monitor performance of own manpower and sub contractors
ØAble to Review and Prepare details of project schedule plan.
ØAble to Interface with different contractors, client for timely input and planning of various projects
ØReview and approval of various quality documentation such as planning and scheduling, cost estimations and issuance of reports
ØSelection of subcontractors.
 
Quantity surveyor / Cost estimator
ØThe candidate will be reporting to the Project manager..
ØResponsible for day to day preparation of cost estimation and obtain required approval.
ØThe estimates shall provide all details of activities to be performed linked to the specific contract schedule and rates.
ØThe candidate should have a Quantity surveying National Diploma as minimum. Bachelor degree is preferred.
ØShall have a minimum of 10 years experience on preparation and control of oil & gas cost estimates with 3 years in the GCC.
ØShall have a minimum of 5 years experience in preparation and cost estimation on single contract that exceed USD $ 5 million
Øduring the earlier 5 years of his/ her career.
ØShould have background on construction activities in particular working on live Oil and Gas installations.
 
Planning/Scheduling Engineer
ØResponsible for day to day planning, scheduling activities in liaison with the client planning Section.
ØHe shall report to the Project manager.
ØPreferably a Mechanical engineer with bachelor degree.
ØAt least 10 years experience on planning and scheduling field.
ØShall have a minimum of 8 years experience on planning and scheduling for oil & gas cost estimates.
ØAble to create Master Project Execution Plan.
ØStrong analytical and project scheduling skills.
ØAbility to effectively interact with other professionals/management across a broad range of functions to advance  project schedule/ideas
ØDemonstrated ability to create tools which will help the project teams meet stated targets/timelines
ØDemonstrated ability to resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
ØAbility to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
ØStrong in all MS Office Applications primarily MS-Project and MS XLS.
ØAble to Develop and Identify critical path projects within each group, help groups plan/execute each of their critical paths projects and integrate these projects (timelines, capital, resource requirements) into the Master Project Execution Plan.
ØIdentify bottlenecks/schedule slips/problems before they happen, how they will affect other team’s plans/schedules, communicate to project team, & recommend solutions/options.
ØEnsure that all project systems and procedures for Interface are in place, properly maintained and consistently applied within the project, and keep respective Contract Engineers/Holders and Project Management fully appraised of CONTRACT Management issues.
