LEAD HSE OFFICER
 
Basic Requirement:
1.Minimal Diploma Holder
2.5 years’ experience in similar position.
3.Understanding OHSAS system and implementation, and environment care.
4.Having managerial skill and leadership
5.Having  AK3 Certificate
 
Main Responsibility:
1.Assist staff monitor departmental compliance to local, policies and procedures with accreditation standard.
2.Develops and maintain environment for continually quality improvement.
3.Develops and utilize electronic methods data collection. Gathers, process and analyze date to create reports, charts, graphs and date.
4.Coordinate and leads  Department Safety Program to reduce departmental-related injuries. Develops, implements and monitor policies, trainings and audits regarding safety issues, including Health and Safety Committee.
