A leading company in the energy sector is looking for an
electrical project coordinator. The company designs, builds and operates
energy infrastructure.
As Project Coordinator you are responsible for coordinating and operational control of assigned projects, project coordinators and planners. That means tendering, project management, budget monitoring, reporting, advising and evaluating the assigned projects. You also replace the Team Leader in his absence.
You focus on the planning and realization of projects and the technical preparation of projects serving the executive process. You are responsible for the timely offering on the quotation that are obtained through Sales & Connection.
You read specifications of complex contracts and monitors the budget for the assigned project areas, and recalculations done for you. You collect and process this data in reports for the mandatory project evaluation. You observe for improvement in the internal organization and reports and provides information to interested parties.
As Project Coordinator you will carry out the work within the framework of the applicable safety and make sure that safety be guaranteed at the implementation level.
You are a born controller with a lot of technical knowledge and solution-oriented. You have a great responsibility, and besides that you find it challenging to monitor large budgets, you also have experience in operational management. You switch smoothly between roles / projects and retain the overview of your projects and employees. This is highly client facing role requiring an customer-oriented attitude. You have the ambition to grow and to send a team.
What else you bring with you:
- Has at least a college working and thinking;
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure projects (low, high or medium voltage) is a plus, as well as experience with SAP;
- You can send in an optimal final result;
- You work well as the workload increases.
- Proficient Dutch speaking and writing
