B.Sc. in Engineering, 6-10 year’s Procurement Engineer Solid experience, Computer literate (Material Management System and E-Procurement / SAP) • Good standard of written and spoken English • Communication Skills • Commercial Awareness.

Jobs at this level are engaged in activities leading to the acquisition of a range of materials and services from approved sources to the specifications required. Receives Purchase Request. Prepares bidders list. Receives vendor’s bids. Refers technical clarifications to bidder. Clarifies commercial exceptions. Prepares commercial evaluations, Prepares bid tabulation. Prepares all standard documentation. Initiates insurance cover. Reviews Purchase Orders. Attends meetings. Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
