Job Description:
1. PROJECT MANAGERS and PROJECT ENGINEERS
Responsibilities
• Responsible for On-shore/ Off-shore projects (Petrochemicals, Gas, Refining, On-shore hydrocarbon production facilities)
• Ensure compliance with Company Quality. Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies, procedures and reporting requirements.
• Manage the projects in their entirety, from the invitation to tender step up to completion and hand over.
• Act as the prime contact with the client, and as the technical, contractual and commercial interface
• Financial Management and contractual control of projects, in line with Company standards and procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
• For Project Managers, at least 15 years experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and related industries, with a minimum 10 years in project management and execution experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and related industries.
• For Project Engineers, at least 07 to 10 years experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and related industries, with a minimum 05 years in project management and execution experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and related industries
• Demonstrated track record for successful completion (on time and on budget) of previous relevant projects is required
• Distinct leadership and communication skill
2. SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEERS and PLANNING ENGINEERS
Responsibilities
• Assist Project Managers for the planning of execution of projects.
• Create logic linked schedules for various engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation and/ or construction projects.
• Measuring, tracking and forecasting of work progress
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• At least 05 to 7 years of working experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in the oil & gas, petrochemical and related industries
• Knowledge of planning tools, preferably MS Project and/ or Primavera 3
• Good spoken and written English
3. SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEERS and PROCESS ENGINEERS
Responsibilities
• Lead the Process design team on projects and train process engineers
• Perform Process feasibility, conceptual, FEED, detailed design studies
• Prepare technical reports, coordinate with other disciplines, and interface with clients on technical issues
• Perform process simulations, PFDs, P & IDs and datasheets
• Size Process equipment and instruments ( control valves and PSV’s)
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years for Senior in Process engineering design experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or chemical
• Familiar with API, ASME and relevant Standards and design codes
• Familiar with Process Simulation packages HYSYS or Pro II, HTRI, Flarenet is an advantage
• Experience in PFD, P & ID, Equipment and instruments (control valves and PSV’s) selection and sizing, Thermal design of exchangers, will be an advantage.
4. PID’S DESIGNER
Responsibilities
• Production of PID’s and related documentation within proposals, studies, projects executions, in accordance with design & engineering standards, tools and procedures, schedule and budget, with a continuous concern for quality standards, targets and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Technical degree.
• 5 to 7 years experience as Draftsman.
5. PID’S DRAFTSMAN
Responsibilities
• Drafting of PFD’s and PID’s within proposals, studies, projects executions, in accordance with design & engineering standards, tools and procedures, schedule and budget, with a continuous concern for quality standards and targets.
Requirements:
• Basic training & experience in CAD methods and tools.
• 3 to 5 years experience
6. SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER- ROTATING AND MECHANICAL ENGINEER- ROTATING SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER - STATIC EQUIPMENT AND MECHANICAL ENGINEER - STATIC EQUIPMENT
Responsibilities
• Equipment selection and sizing, Prepare equipment requisitions, carry out vendor technical bid evaluation, carry out vendor drawing/ data review and vendor data incorporation
• Review inter-discipline drawings and documents eg. P&IDs, equipment layout, etc.
• Co-ordinate with Clients in requisition review and approval
• Participate in Clients meetings, vendor meetings and inter-discipline meetings.
• Witness shop inspection and testing, assistance in plan erection, commissioning and start-up
• Development of Company’s equipment specifications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 7 to 10 years engineering experience in consultancies related to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and related industries for senior position.
• Experience in the design of rotating and package equipment, including centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors or experience in the design and engineering of static equipment
• Project execution experience in the responsibilities indicated above and good knowledge of API standards
• Knowledge of materials and welding technology is an advantage
7. MECHANICAL DESIGNER
Responsibilities
• Designs the installation in his/her discipline in one project
Requirements:
• Technical Diploma with 5+ years experience OR Engineering Diploma with 3 to 5 years experience in Design and execution of the Projects in the area of onshore or offshore facilities.
• Significant working experience in 3D modeling.
• Knowledge of material.
8. MECHANICAL DRAFTSMAN
Responsibilities
• Ensures qualitative and timely production of drawings.
Requirements:
• Technical Diploma or High School Graduate with Drafting Training Certificates.
• Experience with Autocad and/or Microstation

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of ANSI/ ASME Code.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD design procedures

15. Civil Engineer
Responsibilities
• Lead onshore civil structural design team on projects and train onshore civil structural engineers
• Perform conceptual, FEED and detail design of onshore works
• Prepare civil structural design basis, design specifications, construction and installation work procedures, and cost estimations
• Prepare technical proposals and check onshore civil structural design/ drawings
• Interface with clients and coordinate with other disciplines
• Perform analysis, calculation and detailed design of onshore works
• Prepare material take-off
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering

16. Project Cost Control Engineer
• Setting up Cost Control Procedures.
• Setting up Budgets and the specific tool to follow the project costs.
• Estimation of Total Forecasts, Quantity / Costs and Expected Outcomes.
• Provides risk analysis on EPC contracts, whenever required by the Projects Manager or by the Chief Operation Officer (COO), in order to point out the items with the most significant impact on the cost.
• Commitment Control and vendor/subcontractors invoice approval.
• Assists Project Managers in optimizing and improving their budgeted profits.
• Prepares change orders / claims, and follows up.
• Generation of monthly internal (PMR) / external status reports (client reports).
• Development of cash flows on monthly basis.
• Involved in the invoicing process.
