Multinational Oil & Gas Operator is looking for a Asset Manager to be based in their office in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.

Skills:
- Geoscience degree and master or pos-graduate degree in Petroleum/Geosciences Disciplines desirable;
- Strong Background on the Oil & Gas Industry and E&P experience required;
- Good People / Management / Negotiation skills;
- Fluent English and Portuguese
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to company’s governance standards, Concession Contract and JOA commitments and procedures and liaising with partners.
- Consolidate and manage Concession Work Plan & Budgets.
- Develop exploration strategy for Brazilian sedimentary basins exploration activities.
- Build strong relationship with stakeholders, in order to maximizing exploration performance and delivery.
- Engage in HSSE management;
- Act as Contract Holder for Exploration Services Contracts necessary to deliver aspects of VP.
- Ensure Brasil’s Exploration Record Management compliance;
- Ensure compliance with Local Content and Tender Board requirements.
