Progressive Global Energy has been tasked with sourcing a number
of candidates for a range of positions for a key account in Aberdeen.
The division are a part of a global subsea service company for the Oil and Gas industry, and are currently recruiting for two Project Managers to join them on a permanent basis.
The position will have a salary of between 65-70k per annum, and will also include company benefits alongside this, such as company contributory pension and healthcare.
The company are currently looking to expand in a number of areas, from their Projects team to their Project Co-ordinators as well as their engineering division. This is due to a large surge in the work coming through their door, which is due to continue into the next couple of years.
As a result of this, the hiring manager is looking for candidates who have experience in driving projects forward for completion, and leading/mentoring the team beneath them.
Due to the nature of the work being quite fluid within this company, it does not matter what size of projects you have been working on, as long as you have been involved in moving it forward to completion within timescales and budgets.
A background in subsea equipment would very much be advantageous, although not essential.
