Planning & Scheduling Coordinator - JMG Contract
Responsibilities:
  • Working with the PERTAMINA Planning and Scheduling team, and also the Planning and Scheduling representatives from the other East Kalimantan PSCs, schedule the Bontang annual LNG & LPG liftings. Continually update and optimise this annual delivery programme in order to maximize both contractual and additional cargo deliveries to existing buyers, and any opportunities for spot cargo sales to non-traditional buyers.
  • With the VICO Contract Manager, attend the meetings with LNG Buyers to establish an ADP for each of the five major Bontang LNG contracts, to establish an optimum program of cargo
  • Attend any other Planning and Scheduling meetings with buyers (as required), as VICO's representative, in order to update the ADP.
  • Update the Running Plan (the working version of the ADP) on almost a daily basis, due to buyer's requests and vessel and plant operating constraints to ensure no shortfall production and production curtailment
  • Check and approve PERTAMINA's 90 day cargo forecast on behalf of VICO, before it is sent to buyers (on 15th of the each month) to confirm cargo scheduling is in lined with VICO running plan.
  • Establish and update a full set of BTU accounts for each contract, to ensure that each buyer is taking its full contractual obligation each year.
  • Monitor and record exercised downward flexibility and Excess Quantity cargoes for each contract to ensure that each buyer is taking its full contractual obligation during contract period.
  • Provide cargo forecasts on a routine basis for VICO Contract Manager and the VICO Commercial Department in order to develop annual revenue budget.
  • Understand the commercial drivers behind buyers, producers and plant requests to position the postholder for a commercial role with VICO upon the end of secondment.
Requirements:
  • S1 in Engineering / Economics / Accountant with minimum GPA 2.75, S2 in related discipline is an advantage
  • 3 - 5 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Have some basic knowledge in LNG market, Economic analysis, Project Evaluation.
  • Good knowledge in gas & oil field operation.
  • Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
  • Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
  • Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
