Project Cost Control Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry
 
• Setting up Cost Control Procedures.
• Setting up Budgets and the specific tool to follow the project costs.
• Estimation of Total Forecasts, Quantity / Costs and Expected Outcomes.
• Provides risk analysis on EPC contracts, whenever required by the Projects Manager or by the Chief Operation Officer (COO), in order to point out the items with the most significant impact on the cost.
• Commitment Control and vendor/subcontractors invoice approval.
• Assists Project Managers in optimizing and improving their budgeted profits.
• Prepares change orders / claims, and follows up.
• Generation of monthly internal (PMR) / external status reports (client reports).
• Development of cash flows on monthly basis.
• Involved in the invoicing process.
• Development of statistical and close-out reports, with a view towards improving feedback data and estimation tools on future contracts / proposals.
• Complying with and implementing both company and client HSE Management System objectives and procedures.
• Complying with corporate Quality standards as stipulated in the Quality Manual and its ensuing.
• Complying with the applicable company procedures for this Department as they are documented.


Requirement:
B.S degree in Engineering or equivalent.
