1. PROJECT MANAGER (Code: PDV10)
• Responsible for managing activities related to Project Development (from the evaluation phase, concepts definition, execution and hand over to operations) up to the set up and implementation of production phase with operational strategy efficiency.
• The candidate must have a degree in Engineering with minimum 15 years, post first degree, relevant knowledge and experience. This should include a minimum of 10 years direct experience in onshore/offshore project development with an operating and production company.

2. PIPELINE WP LEADER (Code: PDV11)
• To ensure the management, execution and delivery of infield pipelines from FEED through detailed engineering up to procurement and installation, ensuring achievement of project cost, schedule, quality and HSES targets.
• The candidate must have a degree in Engineering, experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company for Offshore pipelines and facilities, not less than 10 years of working experience In the oil and gas Industry and not less than 5 years of experience In working with contractors and supervising contractors in pipeline design and construction. Working in a prior similar role would be beneficial.


3. BUYER (Code: PRC04)
• To provide specialist support in the drafting of contracts within defined procedures and established plans.
• To provide support for the definition of contractual strategy to be used on the basis of operational needs.
• To ensure the completion of activities for the procurement of goods and services, keeping up to date on product specifications and market opportunities.
• The candidate must have an Engineering, technical or economic degree, a minimum of 4 years contracts experience in the up-stream process and oil and gas projects of which at least 2 years working for Development of major and/or high complexity oil and gas projects.


4. HR OFFICER (Code:HRD02)
• Performs human resources work such as involved in administering company”s training programs and ensuring compliance with Company Policy and State laws and regulations.
• Prepares and conducts training sessions; prepares course outlines and provides information to employees.
• Analyzes computerized reports and database regarding human resources development and recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
• The candidate must have a minimum degree in human resource management, business administration, organizational development, or a related field is generally preferred with 5 years experience with similar responsibilities, preferably in Oil and Gas Industries.


5. SECRETARY (Code: SECR)
• Perform secretarial functions and office administration duties as of, but not limited to, organizing and prioritizing communications flow, documents “translation and proper filing, logistic support to personnel in visit, business travel arrangements, personnel leave balance, regular reporting, transmittals, expense claims, Material & Services Requisitions, vacation/training/mission planning.
• The candidate should have a Secretarial Education Diploma and have a minimum of 5 years experience as a secretary and good knowledge of MS Office


6. COMMERCIAL LEGAL COUNSEL (Code: LEG02)
• Negotiation, reviewing and drafting various domestic and international business/commercial contracts such as joint operating agreement, farm-in/farm-out agreement, co-operation agreement, contracts relating to project development, and gas sale & purchase agreement, all together in connection with Company”s activities in the exploration and development of oil and gas.
• Provide legal advice as required by the Company In connection with the relevant business transactions/ projects, corporate legal matters and the implementation of regulations as well as interfacing/coordinating with the relevant authorities, Company”s partners or other third parties.
• The candidate must have a Master degree majoring in Business Law with a minimum of 10 years experience In the International oil and gas business and experience as in-house role (will be considered favorably). Fluency in English (written-spoken) is essential.
• Due to specific needs, only the candidates who have the above requirements will be evaluated.


7. HEAD OF TREASURY (Code: FIN02)
• To develop the policy, strategy and procedures of the treasury function as well as be responsible for the delivery of the annual treasury plan
• To maintain cash flow forecasts for all operation activities
• To ensure day to day banking, cash management. periodical financial corporate reporting and verify proper bookkeeping.
• Manage external relationships with banks and group financial functions.
• The candidate must have a degree in Economics/ Accounting with experiences in corporate treasury in the oil and gas business industry. Must also have SAP knowledge.


8. SAP BUSINESS ANALYST (Code: FIN03)
• To ensure the maintenance of the administrative system (SAP) and the updates necessary and the integration of the SAP accounting module as well as compliance.
• Prepare the functional analysis of the modifications to the SAP accounting module performing or supporting the related users.
• Support users in their utilization of the accounting module.
• The candidate must have a degree in Economics/ information Technology with 2+4 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Must also have SAP knowledge and reporting process.


9 NETWORK & INFRASTRUCTURE SUPERVISOR (Code: ICT01)
• Manages and continuously improves/enhances the operations of existing network, communication and infrastructure by respecting Company Standard Control.
• Maintains, monitors and troubleshoots System, communication and hardware performances.
• Maintains company assets and contracts for all related services.
• Manage procedures and documentation of related processes.
• The candidate must have a minimum degree in technical discipline or computer science / information technology from an accredited institution with 5 years experience of supervisory position with similar responsibilities, preferably in Oil and Gas Industries. Must have experience in providing IT service and IT project management.
