POSITION SUMMARY
Principal Accountabilities:
Reporting to HR Manager, HR Advisor – IR/ER is responsible to design, implement and monitor human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, equal opportunity and diversity, etc. The position is also responsible for being the main focal point to Government Authorities including and not limited to SKMIGAS, MIGAS, Manpower Department. Internally the person will be the focal point in dealing with the Union and solving any Employee Relation issue. As part of the job the incumbent is expected to keep abreast of government policies, industry practices to help anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends.

Main Activities:
1. Manages employee and labor relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices. 2. Develops and implements policies and procedures, including grievance procedures.
3. Engage leadership team in policy development and changes as well as socialize company policies to union and employees in general.
4. Represent the organization in contract negotiations with labor unions and taking the lead in conducting the socialization of industrial policies to employee.
5. Represent the company in every non litigation disputes event and litigation disputes event (Labour courts and High Supreme Court as required).
6. Administer collective bargaining agreements and resolves employee questions, concerns, and grievances.
7. Help line managers implement fair procedures to deal with misconduct and incapacity (medical or poor work performance).
8. Analyze industrial relation cases and provide report and recommendation to HR/Management.
9. Maintain relationship with Government Authorities including and not limited to SKMIGAS, MIGAS, Manpower Department.
10. Keep abreast of changes in government policies, industry practices to help anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends.


REQUIREMENTS:
a) Education and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor”s degree (Preferred in Law/Finance/Psychology).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR particularly industrial relations and employee services/general affairs, as well as generalist role.
- Has proficiency in Indonesian labor laws and other related regulations. 


b) Technical Competencies and Knowledge:
- Analytical skills and dispute resolution.
- Excellent business process skills; knowledge of Indonesia HR regulations, and in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Has proficiency in Indonesian manpower, outsourcing laws and other related regulations.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and HR best practice.
- Fast learner and eager to learning.
- Good negotiation, communication and engagement skills. 


c) Basic skill:
- Computer Literate, familiarity with excels is a must.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English is a must.
- Initiative, excellent communication skills and detail-oriented.
