ENGINEERING JOBS

A medium size foreign upstream oil and gas company is looking for suitable candidate for the following position:


1. FINANCE MANAGER (Code : FM)
• Reporting to the General Manager;
• Employed under the project in Indonesia;
• Responsible for managing all financial and accounting aspects of the Company’s assets in Indonesia, handling all statutory requirements to the ‘relevant Government institutions including tax, formulating budget and all other financial reporting required by local petroleum authorities, and ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate financial data for management decision at local and group level.
• Pre-requisites include:
* a university degree in finance/accounting;
* minimum 10 years experience, in which 2-3 years should be in a similar position (experience in upstream oil and gas is preferred);
* knowledge in handling administration and procurement;
* good written and spoken English;
* excellent in problem solving, analytical and administrative skill, coaching and leadership skills in developing the accounting and finance team;
* experience in liaising with Government authorities.

2. LOGISTIC & ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT MANAGER (Code: LASM)

• Reporting to the General Manager;
• Employed under the project In Indonesia;
• Responsible for managing all logistic and administration matters of the Company’s assets in Indonesia to ensure the smoothness of the operation, including but not limited to procurement, all Human Resources functions, and the general administration, with their respective statutory requirements / reporting to the relevant Government Institutions.
• Pr-requisites include:
* a university degree;
* holding a valid PTK-Oo7certificate is preferred;
* minimum 10 years experience, in which2-3 years should be in a similar position (experience in upstream oil and gas is preferred);
* good written and spoken English;
* excellent in problem solving, analytical and administrative skills, coaching and leadership skills in developing logistic and administration support team;
* experience in liaising with Government authorities.
