Reliability Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS Mechanical Engineering with 7 years of experience.
- Mechanical Engineering Expertise.
- Reliability Engineering Expertise.
EXPERIENCE:
- Power generation and distribution systems.
- Process, logic, and fuel control systems.
- SAP Plant Maintenance Module.
- Reliability Engineering.

CRITICAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- RI Processes and Tools (RCM, DE, RCFA, Pareto).
- Expertise in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Systems disciplines.
- Mentoring / training skills.
- Leadership / networking skills.
- Knowledge of production operations.
- Proficient computer skills including databases.
- Condition-based maintenance.
- Reliability Engineering.
- Managing multiple projects / priorities with tight deadlines.

BASIC PURPOSE/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide key technical engineering supervision and leadership to the engineers who will be dedicated to helping solve high priority defect elimination issues with COMPANY S equipment. Oversee the health and performance of COMPANY S major mechanical equipment through close monitoring of equipment performance. Provide reliability engineering consulting services to operations and maintenance personnel. Provide both short and long term strategies and plans to continuously improve reliability and reduce operating costs.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES COORDINATED AND/OR LED BY POSITION:
- Ensure the planning for and incorporation of mechanical reliability in "front-end loading" for new / redesigned equipment and facilities.
- Analyze performance using maintenance and reliability metrics and provide recommendations to the organization regarding actions required to improve reliability.
- Keep abreast of advances in reliability technologies and apply them within the operation.
- Mentor personnel on reliability analysis techniques and equipment monitoring and observation skills.
- Develop and maintain a long term reliability improvement plan and budget to ensure continuous improvement in reliability.
- Help develop training systems for maintenance and operations staff, as required to institutionalize condition & performance monitoring practices & strategies.
- Work with systems engineers & IT to implement automated performance data acquisition and online condition/performance monitoring systems, that are integrated with performance metrics, and economic analysis of major maintenance activities.
- Drive/Lead/perform RCFA s on chronic significant failures of major equipment and related ancillary systems.
- Perform reliability studies to identify problem areas and emerging problem areas with equipment, then develop corrective / defect elimination programs to address these problems.
- Drive reliability improvement projects with a sense of urgency.


Security Superintendent

Basic Purpose

The COMPANY S Security Superintendent is a supervisory role and will report direct to Security Operation manager. The position responsible to:
• Identify, protect and mitigate risks to company personnel, assets and reputation.
• Provide effective timely and accurate security advice to security management.
• Implement, develop and manage the Global Security Management System.
• Ensure compliance and application of COMPANY S Global Security Policy, Procedures and COMPANY S Security Operating Procedures at all sites.
• Ensure the effective supervisory of COMPANY S security contractors.
• Effectively manage security at all COMPANY S facilities in conjunction with other COMPANY S stakeholders.
• Ensure that security related information is collected, analyzed and reported to security management in a timely, accurate and effective manner.
• Manage the COMPANY S security incident reporting system including the provision of weekly, monthly and other reports as required to COMPANY S senior management and corporate.
• Effectively manage the preparation and award of all security related contracts and tenders.
• Ensure that all Security goals and objectives within his group are achieved.
• Manage the security budget to ensure that it provides effective value for money in balancing risks vs. costs.

Job Requirement:
• Minimum educational of a bachelor s degree and a Masters Degree or related security qualification such as ASIS CPP would be an advantage.
• Preferably has >8 years experience in security management with good networking with security apparatus such as the Military or Police.
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry would be an advantage but is not essential
• Strong leadership skills and demonstrates sound judgment and discretion.
• Builds strong relationships with other departments within the Company s Indonesia organization.
• Demonstrates ability to lead security efforts to operate in a decisive, urgent and committed way to deliver superior, measurable, sustainable business results.
• Balances short and long term priorities.
• Strong communication, relationship building, and problem solving skills
• Considers the impact of decisions on other parts of the organization.
• Provides leadership and guidance in applying security best practices and principles
