INSTRUMENTATION DESIGNER


Qualifications :
1. Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
2. 4 years experience with the design and layout of instrument and control system for oil and gas company
3. Proficient in standard drafting techniques
4. Proficient in computer functions required (AutoCAD)
5. Have field experience in the related environment and be familiar with the use care of personal safety equipment.
6. Knowledge of drawing filing system
7. Working knowledge of Microsoft office product


ELECTRICAL DESIGNER

Qualifications :
1. Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
2. Having 4 years experience in electrical designer
3. Proficient in standard drafting techniques
4. Proficient in computer functions required (AutoCAD)
5. Familiarity with electrical codes, electrical installation design, power distribution, lighting and documentation revision control.
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft office product


PROCUREMENT ENGINEER (PE)

Minimum requirements
1. Male/Female, S-1 from any Engineering background
2. Having 1-2 years experience in the related position
3. Basic English min. passive (able to correspondence via email)
4. Strong will, assertive, well manner


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)

Minimum requirements:
1. 5 to 10 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, upstream or downstream, with a proven network in the industry.
2. Engineering degree from a reputable university, Electrical/Instrumentation engineering degree preferred.
3. IT literate (Microsoft office).
4. Communication and negotiation skills.
5. Presentation and report writing skills.

LIFTING SUPERVISOR (LS)

Roles & Responsibilities :

All lifting operations are carried out in accordance with :

· CPY HSE affiliate standard procedures, site instructions (SOP, SSI)
· CPY corporate rules and specifications (CR, GS)
· Contract exhibit
  - Daily inspections of all site cranes are performed in accordance with the prescribed check-list.
  - Pre Job meeting are performed before any lifting activity takes place
  - Rejecting any lifting appliance / accessories which do not comply with TI requirements.
  - Assess and monitoring lifting operations in progress and STOP these lifting operations if deemed necessary.
  - Participating in the checking and validation of the lifting plan and work permit.
  - Ensure safety of all personnel and minimize risk in lifting operations :
· Promote safety behavior and proactive attitude
· Give support and advice for safety at work : Job Safety Assessment, hazard identification and risk assessments, permit to work preparation, HSE talks.
  - Analyze lifting anomaly reports and propose corrective actions.
  - Work on his / her own initiative but function as an integral part of a team.


Minimum requirements :
- 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position from Oil & Gas Company is a must.
- Evidence of appropriate formal training in key activities noted above
- Good interpersonal skill, well organized, good written and oral communication skill including English language and computer literacy
- Comprehensive knowledge of company requirements for lifting operations
- Knowledge of all type of crane, mobile, crawler crane used at CTR and CPY site
- Knowledge of setting up these cranes in accordance with required standard.
- Knowledge of lifting plans / procedures and ability to check drawings and calculations
- Knowledge of JRA preparation and implementation
- Understanding of the methodology of conducting a CTA



MARINE PROJECT COORDINATOR (MPC)

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Organize and conduct monitoring programs to assess and report the status of Contractors Marine performance during the lifecycle of the designated project
- In coordination with DWL/MAR ensure contractor's Marine spread conformity with national and local Marine regulations. Monitor compliance with Company Marine procedures, issuance of Inspection Release Certificate and Marine Permit on Company Sites on design project.
- Perform regular contractor's vessels and equipments safety inspection
- Advise and assist Project & Line Management, Superintendent and Supervisor concerning Marine HSE issues to ensure project activities and personnel operate within Company policies
- Review and comment on project procedures and ensure adequate risk assessment requirements have been carried out.
- Motivate line management and main contractors to hold HSE in the highest priority and to advance the development of a positive HSE culture, including improvements in Safety Behavior.

Requirements :
- Min. 10 years experience in a similar position
- Evidence of appropriate formal training in key activities noted above
- Extensive knowledge of Marine Operation and Project Activities including SIMOPS, Construction, Pipe Laying, Hook Up activities as well as a good understanding of production operations (live process plant and the hazard associated with this)
- Previous experience of overseas posting, experience in Asia would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skill, well organized, good written and oral communication skill including English language and computer literacy
- Ability to work on his/her own initiative but function as an integral part of a team
- Flexible and proactive approach
