Logistic Staff Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in arrange shipment and make sure that all materials for project are delivered as target
  • Review and make sure all license and documents needed for import declaration is available and correct
  • To check licenses for importation to Forwarder before the shipment and inform Logistic Coordinator on the regulation
  • To coordinate or remind expediter that expediter need to make sure that all paperwork and payment has been obtained/received by Venor
  • To arrange the shipment as requested or inform by PMT
  • Monitor Material Status update PMS
  • Approved Material PO Level 1
  • Update Logistic Report
  • To oversee Custom Clearance working with the duly appointed Specialist Vendor for Custom Clearance
  • To make sure that all document is properly kept, filed and documented
  • Implementing HSE Awareness on duty
Requirements:
  • Willing to work hard
  • An Excellent Team Player
  • Has good command in English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has at least 3 – 5 years experienced in Freight Forwarding Company or a import staff in a company.
  • Knows how to review import shipping documents/PIB
  • Knows the process of custom clearance for import
  • D3 – S1 Degree (preferably from Transportation Studies)
  • Willing to relocate to Cilegon if needed (preferably)
