Project/Field Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordination and execution of all assigned projects, within stipulated budgets and schedules, while ensuring the highest possible quality of work at all times.
- Execution of all assigned projects from conception to completion including the preparation of necessary reports for records or submission to client.
- Responsible for implementing and enforcing Quality Assurance/Quality Control as per procedures for all work during course of the assigned project.
- Constantly review methods and materials used in order to find ways of achieving cost savings without compromising on quality and standard o work.
- Responsible for compliance and implementation of Client and Company HSE policies to the highest possible standards during execution of project.
- Responsible for checking all quantities of material, equipment, tools and consumables prior to execution of work ensuring sufficient quantities are sent to each project as well as checking equipment and tools suitability for the assigned project.
- Responsible for Team member competence and full compliance with procedures related to Company’s products, systems and procedures while carrying out assigned task on projects.
- Responsible for post project assessment of Team Member proficiencies and Personnel Assessments after every project.
- Motivate and coach team member to constantly produce the highest quality work at all times during execution of project.
- Acting as focal point between the Client Site Representatives, Client Operations Representatives and company for all assigned projects.
- Preparations and submission of commercial and technical proposals, competitive offers and tenders of the company’s products and services.
- Preparation of equipment and product requirements, specifications, installation procedures, drawings or costing submission.
- Carry out assessment/survey/inspection on worksite as per client requirements
- Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings to perform any duties necessary aid execution of all assigned projects.
- Coordination with the clients and internal staff of matters related to projects and tendering.
- Adhere to health, safety and quality policies, and other requirements relating to service requirements.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Engineers specializing in maintenance and corrosion or equivalent.
- Contract position(s) available.
