Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the preparation of the operation planning and highlight any possible problems
2. Ensure that partner entities include the lead times related to purchasing activities in their operational planning
3. Ensure the preparation, analysis, send out and update of the master procurement planning in alignment with the budget
4. Ensure the preparation, analysis, send out and update of the C&P activities planning and highlight any possible problems (forecast workloads, award dates, lead times, etc)
5. Calculate and communicate delays in the availability of goods to other entities and their update and the update of these delays in the availability of goods to other entities and their update and the update of these delays according to the market
6. Define, implement a complete C&P reporting process and issue the reports

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or Engineering
• Required skills: familiar with oil and gas procurement process and/or familiar with oil and gas market, analytical and synthesis skills, health-safety-environment management, negotiation, reporting and performs complex studies.
• Over 10 years experience and Preferably 7 years minimum in supply chain sector, oil and gas industry
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
