Job Purpose
The Cost Engineer is in charge of providing the necessary support to the Lead Cost Engineer.
Experience required
• Must have: + Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
+ More than 3 years of working experience
+ Good communication skills
• Nice to have: + Experience / knowledge in Oil and Gas
Main Accountabilities
• In charge of engineering project or support of a Lead Cost Engineer (LCC) on EPC project (LSTK/Reimbursable)
• Setting up Cost Estimation of Project.
• Coordinate with other department, project procurement team and collect
all required data for the preparation of cost estimates including
preparing, issuing enquiries and evaluating the commercial bid.
• Development of project cash flows on monthly basis as required.
• Development of statistical and close-out reports, with a view towards
improving feedback data and Estimation tools on future contracts.
• Complying with and implementing both company and client HSE Management System objectives and procedures.
• Complying with corporate Quality standards as stipulated in the Quality Manual and its ensuing
• Complying with the applicable company procedures for this Department as they are documented |
