Requirements:
University degree in Petroleum Engineering
Proven track record of at least 8 years in Drilling Engineering onshore
with international exposure (Kazakhstan preferable)
Sound understanding in drilling engineering and mechanics
Ability to focus on objectives and communicate effectively
Fluent command of English language (basic knowledge of Russian preferable)

Purpose of Position:
Provide full engineering support to all drilling operations
Compliance with Well Construction Process on all drilling projects
Ensure each well is designed & constructed according client standards and guidelines (full technical integrity)
Success Criteria:
Completion of drilling projects in time and budget
Full technical integrity of all drilling projects
Full implementation of Well Construction Process
Main Responsibilities:
Preparation of detailed work programs
Support on preparation of well budget and AFEs
Preparation of daily cost report
Support rig staff during difficult or out of the ordinary operations
Follows drilling operations on a daily basis
Actively promote implementation of new technologies
Actively promotes application of good oilfield and drilling practices on all rigs under his control
Actively promote HSEQ culture through regular walk arounds and audits
