My client is looking for Quality engineer with international experience within drilling and workover to set up and implement Quality Management System and full implementation of HSEQ and WE Management System.
Requirements of Position:
1)BSc/MSc in Engineering
2)Self motivated team player
3)Ability to focus on objectives and communicate effectively
4)Fluent in English, basic Russian is preferable

Main Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for managing the Company's Quality personnel and Contractors/3rd Parties with respect to Quality in the executing of all operations performed in the drilling and workover
2) Responsible for developing, managing and implementing a Branch specific QMS
3)Responsible for auditing and qualifying Material, Equipment and Service Vendors prior to tender award and/or current providers to ensure Quality compliance
4)Provide field-based Quality supervision, support and assistance
5) Responsible for conducting, reviewing and overseeing all technical and operational aspects of Quality related activities
6) Responsible for conducting Quality training sessions/workshops with all Drilling & Workover personnel
7) Ensure that the Rig Contractors and 3rd party Service Providers maintain and implement their QMS
8) Teach, train and develop junior staff
This is rotational position in Kazakhstan, accommodation, flights home are covered. Remuneration for this role is around $1000 net per day. The salary depends on experience.
