We are a Steel Fabrication & Construction Company seeking qualified
& highly motivated candidate to fill the following position :
1. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Qualification & Requirements:
• Engineering degree from
reputable university with experiences in the establishment of project
schedules, planning and status reporting in steel construction &
fabrication projects, from preliminary engineering through detail
engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up and
commissioning especially in build & repair floating roof tank.
• Previous project experience working with major international EPC contractors in managerial level and in Oil & Gas sector
•
Must possess good leadership and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated
interpersonal/team building skills with the ability to work in a dynamic
project team environment to support multiple projects simultaneously and
be driven to meet fast passed project schedule deadlines.
• Able
to maintain high quality (Familiar with International Standard API 650
and API 653) and safety of work to meet clients requirements
• Ready to work in a challenging high pressure work environment
• Ready to be placed at Tanjung Santan
2. SAFETY HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT SUPERINTENDENT
The candidate will be capable to provide Leadership, motivation,
direction and assistance to SHE Manager ,staff on Safety Health
Environment matters, The candidate will be capable to interact with Line
Management and Employees to implement and drive compliance to SHE
programs, monitor and inspect the work environment to ensure a SHE
standard is maintained and safe SHE work being practiced, compile and
maintain incident statistics to monitor developing trends, and
coordinate the consistent application of safe-work related procedures
and programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years experience in Steel Construction or Mining, Oil & Gas Industry,
• Tertiary Education, preferable degree holder in Engineering or OHS discipline,
• Familiar with Safety Management Systems at all Levels and have experience in risk management,
• Proficiency in English and familiar with the use of Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel.
• High performing leadership, advanced analytical and problem solving ability and planning skills.

3. QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR
• The QCI has the responsibility to ensure that all times comply with
the requirements of the QC Manual, International Standard Code &
Client Specification
• Interprets inspection procedures to applicable International Code requirements & Client Specification
• Ensures that the required Quality Control Records are available and correctly maintained
• Prepares and issues the Quality Control Plan and determines inspection requirements
• Has authority to stop work, if deviations from the code or from procedures as laid down in the QC Manual so require
• Cooperates with other departments to ensure that Code requirements are fulfilled
Qualifications & Requirements:
a. Min. 5 years experience
b. Degree in Engineering (Process would be best)
c. Having WI Certificate
d. Knowledge and experience of the Codes (ASME IX, AWS, API )
e. Experience in Welding on steel structure, pressure vessels or tanks
f. Point of Hire Balikpapan
4. ENGINEER & ESTIMATOR
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering with min. 5
years experience in the establishment of project schedules, planning
and status reporting in steel construction & fabrication projects,
from preliminary engineering through detail engineering, procurement,
fabrication, installation, hook-up end commissioning.
- Calculate project experience
-
Computer Skill: computerized planning packages in particular,
Primavera. Other software package such as MS Project and knowledge of
other software packages are advantageous.
- Should be able to work
effectively in team, maintain good quality of work, and possess good
analytical skills in problem solving.
- Ready to work under high pressure situation
