Job Description
Job Accountabilities :
1. To implement Hse plan in order to achieve the highest HSE performance for field-wide operations.
- Develop site HSE plans based on overall Asset HSE plans, brief the workforce, review the plans on the quarterly performance basis and report performance.
2. To ensure that produced hydrocarbon met the approved daily target (production & venting/flaring targets.)
- Manage a workforce to focus on core activities and ensure that they react quickly to any unscheduled shutdown and rectify the problem.
- Provide guidance on troubleshooting.
- Ensuring the requirement of the target letter are met, in relation to production of oil, gas, water and gaslift requirement.
3. To maximize the utilization of facilities and resources in order to minimize unit production unit (UPC).
- Performance based on knowledge and experience, identify and trigger short term and long term action plan to resolve problems with the available resources in most cost effective manner and safely.
- Ensure availability of material and logistic to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
4. To maintain facilities, wells and platform integrity.
-Ensure facilities maintenance works orders are executed expeditiously and at minimum cost.
- Feedback on abnormality of the facilities to be highlighted to Superior.
- Control wireline activities for this area.
5. To maintain a motivated, competent and efficient workforce through structure development program in order to achieve high performance team.
- Provide conducive working environment through open communication and provide feedback on team performance and communicate management expectations.
- Conduct rigorous TNI/TNA review and ensure that staff are released for training.
6. To ensure relevant field data are reported in timely manner for Asset performance analysis.
- Facilities fast data gathering and timely transmittal method to responsible parties.
7. To ensure relevant QIT / CAT initiatives at EW in line with PCSB Corporate Quality Cuture Process.
8. Ensure effective staff with development potential.
- Coordinate and compile departmental staff training programme and submit HR.
- Provide On The Job Training (OJT) and coaching to new staff and aother department personnel.
HSE ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Coach, mentor and guide staff and conduct periodic performance review. Counsel and/or motivate staff to instill right mindset, behavior and values to attain high performance standard
2.Determine capability requirement for department and develop staff and leaders through acquisition of skills and coaching
3.Communicate and interpret the objectives and provisions of the Codes of Conduct and Discipline (COCD) and HSE policies to all levels of staff. Undertake appropriate mitigation/ intervention programs and sustain high staff discipline and industrial harmony
Job Purpose :
Direct and co-ordinate all production and operations activities on a manned integrated platform and associated satellite platform, which includes supervision of simultaneous operations such as drilling,worker, wireline, construction in an efficient and safe manner to produce, process and deliver specified quality and quantity of hydrocarbon to meet daily nomination.
