Drilling Engineer

Plan & Strategy
·Improve drilling and
workover efficiency through the application of the state-of-the-art technology
in all facets of the operations, innovative studies, lessons learnt mechanism
and the application of specific recommendations based on the studies and
lessons learnt in order to maximize the effectiveness of drilling and workover
and to contribute to the improvement of the work process and technology
applications.
Operational Excellence
·Strategist, plan and
schedule the preparation of the drilling and workover operations to ensure all
activities are operated in safe and cost effective manner.
·Reduce non-productive
time and cost by identifying problem areas, analyze non-productive time trends
and recommend remedial action in order to achieve optimum operating cost and
performance.
·Review, analyze and
modify the base requirement for the scope of work and technical specifications
for the tender packages in order to be in line with project requirement and
meeting the minimum cost concept and HSE requirement.
·Improve drilling and
workover efficiency by conducting innovative studies and lessons learnt
mechanism and the application of specific recommendations based on the studies
and lessons learnt.
Drilling Data Services
·Capture, consolidate,
and verify all drilling technical information's related to wells and
disseminate to Drilling Engineering System section for centralization data as to ensure everybody in drilling
division is well-updated on drilling lesson learn, drilling performance,
drilling KPI ( Key Performance Indicator), technologies deploy for drilling,
workover and wireline activities for future drilling improvement.
HSE and Quality Assurance
·Ensure compliance PCSB
safety standards by coordinating and performing on wellsite inspections,
acceptance test on contracted drilling rigs and third party equipment,
materials and supplies to be in compliance to PCSB's safety requirement and
standards.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Triple Plus
·Conduct gap analysis
of new staff in drilling engineering works for well engineering ruler to ensure
they have the right will to perform their job.
·Continue develop
personal competency in well engineering matters as to ensure all drilling
activities for development, exploration and workover project worldwide is
properly conducted and carried out safely and efficiently.
·Support drilling fraternity in the implementation of performance
enhancement initiatives through the adoption of niche and emerging drilling
technologies in line with business requirements to achieve optimum value
creation and build competitive advantages.
Networking and Relationship Building
· Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport
with business and management institutions, national and key industry players
and service providers to keep abreast with latest development to capture new
business opportunities.
Codes of Conduct(COCD) and HSE Policies
· Communicate, interpret and champion the execution of the
objectives and provisions of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies
and Codes of Conduct and Discipline (COCD) in Technology and Engineering Department and undertake appropriate
mitigation and/or intervention programmes to safeguard business operations,
high staff discipline and industrial harmony.
Leadership and Capability Development
·Drive the development of competent working team in Technology and Engineering Department
that will enhance and sustain staff capabilities in achieving high performance
delivery to ensure internalization of the right leadership and capabilities in
executing their jobs.
· Steer and drive the
development of drilling training program for the well and drilling fluid
engineers in line with the TPCP and Skill group development.
Mindset, Behaviour and Culture
· Develop and implement distinctive
mindset, behavior and culture in Technology and Engineering Department to
achieve high work performance by adoption and implementation of value
interventions, tools and methodologies to promote and instill high sense of
commitment, ownership, integrity and loyalty that will contribute to
operational excellence.

- Memilikisertifikat Tropical -
Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (T-HUET)
- Memiliki sertifikat Tropical - basic
Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Trainging ( T-BOSIET).
- Memiliki seritifikat Basic Fire
Fighting - Emergency Breating System Training (T-EBS).
